However, to ensure fairness and efficiency for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: 1. **Less than 24 Hours Notice**: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and provide less than 24 hours’ notice, a 50% charge of the scheduled service fee will be applied. 2. **No Call/No Show**: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, a 75% charge of the scheduled service fee will be applied. 3. **Late Arrivals**: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will need to reschedule your visit. Please note that this may incur a rescheduling fee, and your original appointment may not be guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Thank you for choosing our services! —————————————————————————— **NEW Client Policy for Eyelash Extensions** To ensure the best results for our clients, all NEW clients must book a full set of eyelash extensions for their first appointment. Many new clients may arrive with previously applied lashes that may not have been applied correctly. This allows us to properly assess the condition of your natural lashes and provide quality service. Thank you for your understanding! ————————————————————- New Client Full Set Deposit Policy A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all new client full set appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your total at checkout. If you need to cancel or reschedule, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to transfer your deposit to a future appointment. Deposits may be transferred one time only. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and no-shows will result in deposit forfeiture. A new deposit will be required to rebook. Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
